Acrefy Onboarding Services Disclaimer

Quick Start ($275) and Quick Start Plus ($1,200) Services

This disclaimer applies to all Acrefy onboarding services, including the Quick Start and Quick Start Plus packages (collectively, the "Onboarding Services").

Services Provided

The Onboarding Services are designed to assist you in:

Setting up your Acrefy account

Configuring your Airtable base

Uploading property information into your Airtable base

Preparing property listings for publication on your website

Your Responsibility and Liability

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT:

Assistance Only. Acrefy’s role is limited to providing technical assistance with setup and configuration. While Acrefy may assist with uploading, formatting, or drafting certain content (such as page text, property records, or placeholder descriptions), all such content is provided solely as a convenience. It is your responsibility to review, verify, and approve any content prepared, drafted, or uploaded by Acrefy before publishing. Acrefy does not create, verify, or validate the accuracy, completeness, or legality of any information, whether supplied directly by you or prepared with our assistance.

Ownership of Content. All information, property data, images, pricing, descriptions, and related content are supplied by you and remain your sole responsibility and property. If Acrefy provides draft content, copy, or other materials during the Onboarding Services, such materials are provided solely for your use and convenience. You are entirely responsible for reviewing, approving, and ensuring the accuracy, legality, and compliance of any such content before it is published.No Reliance. You may not rely on Acrefy to identify or correct errors, inaccuracies, omissions, or legal deficiencies in your property listings, data, or website.

You Must Review Before Publishing. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving all property listings, account settings, and website content for accuracy, compliance with applicable laws, and alignment with your business requirements before publishing.

Third-Party Services. The Onboarding Services may involve third-party platforms and tools (e.g., Airtable, Stripe, domain registrars, hosting providers). Acrefy is not responsible for, and disclaims all liability arising from, the performance, errors, outages, data handling, or actions of any third-party service.

No Liability for Compliance. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your property listings, website content, and business practices comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including but not limited to real estate, fair housing, advertising, and data privacy laws.

No Liability for Damages. Acrefy shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages (including lost profits, lost revenue, reputational harm, or third-party claims) arising from or related to the Onboarding Services.

Disclaimer of Warranties. The Onboarding Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

No Professional Advice. Acrefy does not provide legal, financial, tax, or real estate advice. You should consult with qualified professionals regarding such matters.

No Guarantee of Results. Acrefy makes no guarantee or representation that the Onboarding Services will produce any specific outcome, result, or level of performance.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Acrefy, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

Any content, information, or data you provide, upload, or publish;

Your use of the Onboarding Services;

Any violations of law or third-party rights arising from your property listings, website, or business activities;

Any inaccuracies, errors, or omissions in your property listings or website content.

Governing Law & Severability

This disclaimer shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of [Insert State], without regard to conflict of laws principles. If any provision of this disclaimer is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Acceptance

By purchasing and participating in any Acrefy Onboarding Service (Quick Start or Quick Start Plus), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this disclaimer.
